I predict it will end on Nov 11th, on day 42. Trump and congress will beat their previous record by about one week.
After it ends, people will discuss ideas for preventing more shutdowns in the future, but there will not be any changes.
I already posted some of my reasoning above. Both sides are being too stubborn.
Overall I am still happy to be living in USA instead of another country that's even worse.
