Securing our borders is one of the duties enumerated in the Constitution. So is due process. Immigration and Customs Enforcement should always adhere to due process while enforcing our immigration laws.
But it is unclear to me whether protestors who are violently attacking ICE personnel are upset with the law or the way the law is being enforced.
