It sounds like you have a problem with the laws.

U.S. immigration law (specifically a section of the Immigration and Nationality Act) allows the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to remove a noncitizen to a third country if removal to their home country is deemed "impracticable, inadvisable, or impossible". The American people through their duly elected officials in Congress created the laws. They, of course, can be changed but they can’t be ignored just because a person or group doesn’t like them.
