Any retail business is wide open to theft.....and it is a known factor that in many cases the individual DOES have the money to pay for the item...it is just a game to them to "still from the rich people."....let alone one Wal Mart Store I know of has most of their store behind glass cases, anymore.....

We had theft way back when, from our grocery/hardware store and it was broken into, at least 6 times in 17 years and we had to pay for all of the damages and lost inventory.....
