I have a hard time supporting a sovereign nation kidnapping another nation’s leader.

Unlike Obama, at least we aren’t killing Americans with drones. Yes, Maduro does have a warrant out for his arrest and he is a ruthless dictator who deserves to be prosecuted. My issue is with the concept of sovereignty and the mess that we now have with “running” a foreign government no matter how temporary it might be. I do find it a bit humorous how quickly some Democrats went from “no kings” to supporting a authoritarian drug kingpin who suspended democracy to maintain power.
