Deanna, you ignore the difference in how ICE behaved back then, quiet without violence, without scandal, and without violence, following the rules that they have completely ignored under Trump. They were not hiring large numbers of new people with no background checks, reducing standards and cutting back on training, nor were they told that they had absolute immunity as Trump has told them.

We would not allow real police to do things this way. Under ICEs own rules, they are only allowed to pick up aliens after investigation and a judge written warrant. Thus, most everything ICE has been shown doing is illegal. Having set this new precedent, now the Democrats could do the same to Republicans. That is the danger of the breaking the old rule. That is what the MAGA people do not understand. That's a danger to you as well.
