People didn't protest because ICE didn't act like jail-breaking thugs who have no culpability for their actions. They act with impunity and have arrested citizens based on nothing more than the fact that they aren't the right color or speak the right language.

Stop defending thuggery. If police officers have to operate within the law, so should ICE.
