The truth is none of us know for sure what is "really" going on until well after the fact. I'm not talking about an attack somewhere and a bomb dropped elsewhere in tit-for-tat retaliation. I'm talking about a planned series of tactical steps to achieve a long-term strategy, mission and goal.

I'm smart enough to realize that.

I tend to put more faith in successful entrepreneurs than in community organizers, 50-year career politicians and yellow school bus admirers.

I don't sit around on the edge of my chair waiting for the next scrap.

And I don't have any trust in the fake news offered here by a bunch of chronic dissident sockpuppets like che, otto, kr, lucy and chico.

I am comfortable with the long-term strategy and trend pursued by the present administration. Close the border and deport as many violators as can be rounded up. Even Obama deported over 3 million illegals. Make NATO pay their fair share. Stop Iran's nuclear program and state-sponsored terrorism and aggression. Energy dominance. Deterrence of China takeover of Taiwan and elsewhere. Keeping Russia under his thumb. Tyring to control inflation, and admittedly, tariffs don't seem to be the best way. Fostering investment and GDP.

I respect your opinion on all matters, and our differences on certain issues. I wonder why either of us are on this board. There are two other more open and civilized boards ... key points: OPEN and CIVILIZED. I welcome respectful newcomers to my board. The problem is they are few and far between. The minute I let one of the houligans from this board post on white, we get a barrage of "GFYs" and the like.
