I couldn't live in that climate (or, frankly, surrounded by that particular religion...not something a woman needs to be around, for all that foreign visitors are largely immune from its institutionalized misogyny)...but it's clean, safe, and modern.

Tokyo, of course, remains the greatest city on the planet...by some distance.
