If the Clinton admin had been paying attention instead of forcing his sexual misconduct on a White House intern and lying about it and getting impeached, he might have tuned into the terrorist chatter at the time and given Bush a heads-up. Together, those two inept dunces might have been able to figure out what was coming down.
