I am an educator and entrepreneur in a symposium composed of 3 or 4 illuminati and a growing cadre of low-IQ dunces who eat, sleep and go to the bathroom here 24/7.

So, I have learned that life on this board is like a hostile video game, and the objective is to put down your opponents and their favorite political figures. That's the energy here.

We didn't fail. This board is like horse manure attracting flies. It was a bad idea from the git-go and you know it. There was no reason to expect lofty ideas to be exchanged here.

The only "civil" chatboards of which I am aware are islands unto themselves with iso-DNA, likeminded inhabitants who generally do not welcome opposing viewpoints.

I don't spend my limited time searching for other chatboards because other than the board I started, I don't find rewarding experiences there. Hanging around this board and R&E was basically just a bad habit cultivated over 2+ decades. I don't do Farcebook, X, Truth Social, or any other chat boards, and I am about ready to disconnect from this board.
