I am pissed that Fairmont "modernized" the Le Reine Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal. I like the old pomp and circumstance.

Hotels are doing this everywhere.

The Ritz in Buckhead was gutted and became some no-name wannabe.

Marriott trashed the Park in Charlotte.

Sad.
