Thought I'd make an effort as I'm a crap person for keeping up communication. I've got some big regrets in my past due to that lazy (I think it may be a condition / on the spectrum) attribute.
Anyway, big surprise you turning up on WOS again, a real good one at that.
Not sure what to say now. I've not got much to report. These last few months I've laid a patio, written an adventure game and spent time going to work (once a week in the office). Oh and pumped a few hours into my Marsport disassembly recently. But that is it. Not been out anywhere or visited anything. London has been awkward due to the train strikes on a Saturday. But not complaining as it is better than strikes in the week, where the people who have unsympathetic managers have to try and get into work.
We had fun taking my eldest down Uni to move her into her new room. They were very organised and handle the parking issues you have with any large town. That is how exciting my life is at the moment. ;) Probably seems like a dream to you at the moment mate, being stuck in bed and all. Glad you are finding things to do like the audio books. Aren't they a god-send. I used them when my commute was long, so I imagine got anyone stuck in bed they are brilliant. Transporting you to other worlds, listening in to other funny conversations and just being a form of company. The Pratchett stories use to give me a warm fuzzy feeling when stuck in traffic. To be reminded of each brilliant story, waiting for my favourite bits. I was a little put out when Nigel Planer stopped reading them, but actually found Stephen Briggs does a good job, for someone who isn't a professional actor. I also enjoy the real old stuff (before my time), like the Goons, The Navy Lark and Round the Horn.
