Why oh why do the Americans immediately take what is manna from heaven and instantaneously want to put effing cheese on it, especially that wretched beeswax of theirs? Everything from every food vendor in the country comes with that vile disgusting "cheesy food product" melted on or in it.
The foul stench of "Kraft" pervades the air from sea to shining sea and no amount of the equally ubiquitous "ketchup" (at least that stuff is pretty innocuous) can kill that taste.
