I haven't "eschewed" anything.

I simply have no time for fiction be it yours, Shakespeare's or anyone else's, my loss big deal, however it sill does not invalidate my opinion

Only my opinion which I stressed and you seemed to have ignored and taken on some un-warranted personal grievance hence your spleen venting.

Just because my opinion re satire is out of lock step with yours it remains, as already stated, no less valid and the fact that because of this you embark on some kind of ill tempered ad hominem response , ( telling me to bollocks and accusations of spouting rubbish) leaves me feeling somewhat insulted.
