Like yourself, after my two spinal ops, I found that sudden spasm was a bind to say the least! Do take the time to recuperate properly as all that good work can be undone in the blink of an eye.

Diazepam is useful I found for spasm, in small doses, and I'm sure the pride will lend a paw in your recovery too. (Smiles)
