Really, there is nothing that says my trials at the moment are caused for the same reasons as your's (or your's too, Paul) and I do thank you both for your empathies.

I rather figured there would be some of this as things resettle in new positions and various impingements were relieved, but not quite to this level of violence (ever the optimist, me!) The damage is extensive and has been there for several decades so no-one really could predict what would happen when (in this case) the lowest hanging fruit was dealt with.

Please don't let my current situation scare you guys into thinking the same might happen for the same reasons. My case is the result of a violent compression injury, so fear not!
