I don't have any problem with this myself with respect to decorum. It reads as thoughtful social commentary rather than a spew of angry politics.

I can't speak for anyone else here but you make your points clearly but without personal condemnations.There is a difference between stirring thought and stirring anger, and perhaps that line is the one we care about as a matter of some decorum.

I don't know if I'm as clear as I'd like to be on where that line might be, but this piece is no more "over" than many social commentary pieces I've written here.
