Well chaps just got the results and I'm pleased to report that my diabetes score has dropped another two points. I started at fifty seven, last blood test showed it down to forty two, now it's forty.

From now on I only take Metformin once a day plus a new drug also once a day to supplement it which in crude terms helps me to pee out excess blood sugar and is supposed to help me with any heart/kidney problems along the way.


If I get it down to the thirties and keep it that way for free months drug free then the diabetes will be in remission so here's hoping!
