I'm sure the pride are grateful for all the care you have shown them over the years and repay that thanks in their own way.

For myself I do get a great amount of pleasure translating their thoughts into something we humans can understand,sensing their different moods and personalities so whilst ever the pride keep sending their musings across the water via feline telepathy I will be honoured and happy to carry on being their conduit.

In a moment of quiet reflection,Hobbes, did express to myself that he once harboured some small thoughts about his own parentage but at that exact point someone rattled his food dish and all thought of mater/pater swiftly divested themselves from his noggin never to trouble him again!
