Who's right? IDK? However, I'd expect that it was THAT aggressive. It was mentioned that Biden was tested every 2 years since he didn't have a "high PSA" issue so it was deemed unnecessary.
Apparently, he was experiencing some symptoms that concerned him so he sought out medical care and that's when it was discovered.
