Skye: He doesn't really talk much about why he believes what he does, or what he thinks should be done differently.

I'm pretty sure that he's stated that he and the company he works for have done a ton of work for the government and his experiences there have caused his belief that there is a ton of waste going on as well as excessive regulations that don't really accomplish anything but to inflate costs.

But you should ask him yourself because my memory may very well be flawed.
