You can assure fellow Canadians the felon does not represent anything close to a majority in America.

American private education is inferior. Look at the felon. At a tot he was so out of control, facing expulsion, he was sent to a military boarding school only because his parents had adequate money. They couldn't and didn't want to deal with him. They made him somebody else's problem. He was behaviorally and academically flunking out of first grade in the NYC public school system. Back then they didn't have the SPED programs like he's gutting now.
