Permits should come in during July. House should sell in July. If it sells in June, we already set it up so that we can stay thru July. As soon as permits come in, we will put an offer in on a place in our target zone. We are starting to review places with a realtor there already.

The worst case scenario would be that everything comes through, but we can't sell the house. We need the money from the house to be able to buy.

Fingers crossed. We are still packing.
