that it’s even about personality. He wins because he knows how to tap into, exploit and capitalize on hate and fear. He knows it, and everyone else knows it, but they don’t care because they want to capitalize on it, too, and blame others for anything and everything that they don’t like… or want others to dislike or fear, while they are cashing in. If he died tomorrow, that wouldn’t change. The rot would still be there.

I’m afraid that we have become a nation of spoiled little children just fighting over our toys and pointing fingers. When I hear people say “We are better than that…” well, no, it looks like we really aren’t. If we were, you’d see a lot more people marching in the streets and reporting on the news what is really going on with the lies, rot and decay. A lot more air time is given to stupid stuff like sports, gossip and holiday parties… as if genocide, war crimes, disappearing people, and all sorts of lawlessness is just par for the course. Maybe we are desensitized? Just don’t care anymore? Don’t know what to believe or whose side to take?
