In Missouri, Republicans are blatantly disregarding the voters' wishes. Last November, MO voters passed Amendment 3 enshrining abortion rights in the state's constitution, but Republicans in the legislature have put forward an amendment to ban abortion again.

Voters also approved Prop A which would raise the minimum wage and mandate paid sick leave, but again, the legislature later repealed the paid sick leave provision and made changes to the minimum wage, removing the inflation adjustment.

And they say they have a mandate???
