You hang in there. Things must improve, if we can survive this. We have your back, and you have our shoulder. I know it's not much more than wellwishing. You can vent without annoyance of MAGA ignorance.

I watched a couple ICE raids and arrests. My bowling partner, a plumber told me about a manager of an apartment he services, who was arrested and deported immediately by ICE. He was Iranian and an US citizen for twenty years. Agents told people at the apartments he was gone for good, and they'd never see him again.

One happened at Walmart. Vested, armed men and women patroled the aisles all over the store. I had to leave by a back door as the regular doors were all guarded and closed. Three white ICE vehicles were parked in front; a van in which people were just put, a truck, and a sedan. They left one, two, three.

I have been to protests here and Denver. Was too close to an intersection where tear gas was deployed to clear it, allegedly for traffic. Eyes watered and burned for several days.
