Actually I had to calm my daughter down. She was like getting into their face and telling them we need to fix this right now! It seemed like they were just looking at their computer screen for an hour or two not really doing anything. So finally I asked how long it was going to take, and the supervisor said maybe 10 minutes. So I said okay, I will give you 10 minutes. By this time it was getting down to the wire, and I had to stop my daughter from getting into their face again before the 10 minutes was up… LOL! It’s a good thing we got to the airport early!
