Most likely, it will extend lives, but it is likely that some aspects of biology will still take people out even with this discovery. For example, what if this process makes cancer cells multiply? Or doesn't protect the brain or other vital function?

I do think that if it can be done that the ultra wealthy will find a way to keep it for themselves instead of letting the merely comfortable and the poor be able to afford it.
