Over the Fortymile River. Accordingly they were excavating in the riverbed, which is not frozen, to pour cement for the piers and abutments. They were able to heat around the pour sites as well as around where the cement was being made. The outdoor workers were limited to 45 minutes outside and then 45 inside. They were working two 12 hour shifts so they were killing it with overtime pay.
