In any case, I don’t think the oil companies are too eager to invest in such an adventure after already having failed attempts before, AND they probably don’t have a lot of confidence in dt or his promises of protection or profits for their trouble this time, either. After all, what sane person would have confidence in dt’s word, ability or motivations?
