Of course, non-members can't add a post with further commentary, but if one has a serious response and cares about the TOPIC, you can join in the poll itself.
If your response is "other", well it could mean anything so why bother?
Now I'm sorry I didnt include options like "I'm not concerned" or "Do nothing", but I didnt, so that's that. Polls cannot be edited after posting.
