I believe he is serious about changing things but now he is using rhetoric that seems like he is pursuing legislative means just to stoke the flames of his idea so he can use some obscure legal precedent that ambiguously applies when it doesn't happen soon enough.
Using any authority to reject delegates of state electors to martial law.
He has to reach deep into the extremists to make it happen so it could definitely get worse.
