Swalwell is resigning - FROM CONGRESS. I’m calling him guilty at this point, though he’s STILL DENYING THE ACCUSATIONS.
C’mon, asshat. either you’re not guilty, in which case you NEVER resign, or you resign, in which case you were NEVER INNOCENT.
Good riddance at this point. He’s as good as admitted his guilt.
