It's about choosing when to have kids. It's about preventing abortions by preventing unwanted pregnancies.
Eugenics is sterility. Vasectomies are reversible. There are sperm banks.
There are young women whose lives will be ruined by unwanted pregnancies, while men are free to continue impregnating people willy nilly.
If contraceptives and education were the answer, there would have been no need for any of this discussion since I was in school.
