The tissue slowly parts until it's too weak to take the pressure, and ruptures. They're watching me for that one, in fact. Not bad yet, but..there's been a bit of weakening.

They told me you can put a piece of synthetic vessel in there at the point of weakening and it'll last a good long time. Just be aware that if you don't do it in time, it's a sudden bye-bye..
