Just recently we went to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in KC. Great stuff. Afterward, we watched the Jackie Robinson movie. He had played on the KC Monarchs team before signing on with the Brooklyn Dodgers as the first black player in the major leagues. Terrible how he was treated back in those days of Jim Crow and crap, but he persevered. Great movie.

So now I guess the only thing left that is still 'socially acceptable' to denigrate and discriminate against is women and LGBTQs, especially if it is politically expedient to help advance the sorry careers of shameless politicians. Sad, sickening and disgusting really.
