THAT was what was most wrong when he said it. The emphasis just made it funnier.

I suppose that Sununu could sposta have the emphasis on the first NU, but it is definitely supposed to be SUH, not SUE and Reagan kept messing the name up over and over again. His reactions were what was funniest.
