with what you’ve said here about impressionism and realism. I like both, but sometimes it depends on the subject or the mood. I also like artistic license, but sometimes that can go too far, too… depending on the mood or the subject… or the eyes of the beholder of course. Sometimes I like less color… sometimes more… sometimes somewhere in between, but it depends on the subject and the mood, but overall I like the more colorful scene of the mountain here… but, I also think the image or shape of the cross is a little ‘too perfect’ for being in the side of a mountain, but that’s just IMO!
