Great news! People DID vote like he was on the ballot. The Democrats took over the House and the Senate AND the majority of Governor seats as well. They are calling it a political earthquake, with a resounding rebuke of his tariffs, corruption, cruelty, incompetence, and politics of hate and division. Historic wins across the board… in the heartland, in rural states, and many firsts for women, blacks and others. Hope is alive! Now Congress needs to get busy and actually do their job. It won’t be easy. He has done a lot of damage. I hope they will prioritize in the right ways to stop the corruption and hold the bad actors accountable. Of course he will issue pardons and claim immunity… but his days are numbered.
