when the Big Beeyouteafull Bill passes, it will not
increase the US Deficit in any unreasonable manner
or fashion, even though it seems as if the debt will
increase because borrowing money is an indication
that someone is spending money they don’t have.

Never a really good idea...

I did that once. It cost.
