when the Big Beeyouteafull Bill passes, it will not
increase the US Deficit in any unreasonable manner
or fashion, even though it seems as if the debt will
increase because borrowing money is an indication
that someone is spending money they don’t have.

would close the deficit somewhat. But with a $6.7 Trillion Budget and at least $1.9 Trillion in deficit I predict whatever stimulation there may be, won't be enough to offset the deficit.

That's why a recissions package is needed following passage for this year, and why a line item veto and balanced budget amendment are needed for the years ahead.

Where would you cut the budget to close the deficit?
