I found the onions at the Farmer's Market and they are very large. That was a nice find. Since you had mentioned how long it took you to wrap, I was prepared so it wasn't too bad. Plus, I only had 2. I will make them again but not with Chirizo. I'll use chicken or maybe ground turkey...just don't care for the Chirizo that much. I'm finishing up the Peaches 'N Cream Pies now...making gelatin and pudding mixture, then into the fridge they go.
