Claiming “word salad “ seems to be becoming a popular fallback when someone knows they ain’t got nothing. Would the ‘dimwits’ be your attempt to label that faction of the Democratic Party fostering in the south and desiring to keep their slaves and accumulate more wealth and power and convincing a good many poorly and poorly educated scrub farmers who really didn’t have much of a clue who and what they were fighting for, but it did give them an excuse to hate and kill. Always popular amongst some people.
