True about Wilson, who seemed to seek
‘Glory’ by using US as his instrument in
War. It is not uncommon for someone
who is not a warrior to conduct war by
proxy**.

On the other hand you’ve got FDR n all that
he dealt with and did from a wheelchair and
then died before the end of the war, and
leaving it up to Harry to decide to use both
Bombs, and that ended that n US became
a new prosperity.

Unfortunately, it seems, it also gave US the
idea that we could and should and would be
the policeman of the world and pretty much
ignore the Russians, who shed the most red…

Korea?
Cold, and lots of Chinese willing to die.

Vietnam?
Bad treaty with the French n then we’re stuck.

Middle-east?
Many appetizers before the main course is served.

You can never escape that fact nomatter how desperately you, or even Kamala Harris, employ word salad to even try to do so.

Claiming “word salad “ seems to be becoming a popular fallback when someone knows they ain’t got nothing. Would the ‘dimwits’ be your attempt to label that faction of the Democratic Party fostering in the south and desiring to keep their slaves and accumulate more wealth and power and convincing a good many poorly and poorly educated scrub farmers who really didn’t have much of a clue who and what they were fighting for, but it did give them an excuse to hate and kill. Always popular amongst some people.

"ain’t got nothing" is employing a double negative, denoting that...
