Oh, I'll jump on that one. They have horrible customer service and the checkout lines are always, always backed up because they refuse to hire enough staff. The one here has only two registers open no matter what time you shop. This causes self-checkout to always be backed up, too. I hate shopping there and seldom do unless they carry an Item I can't find elsewhere. One positive - they do have a nice deli with lots of good choices.
