I cut the lawn this morning and when I'm done, I always take the mower to the recycle bin and rinse the grass clipping directly into it. As I was doing that, I heard some thumping and thought to myself that is weird. Then a rat came screaming out from the flooding and then right back in digging its way underneath the pile.

I'll put some rat poison out, but if you were a rat, would you rather eat rat poison or kitchen and garden scraps?
