Nice lunch. Pasta with alfredo sauce with chicken or shrimp is one of my top three favorite meals. Winner. Check out the thighs I cooked today. They look perfectly golden and fried and the skin is nice and crispy. They were not fried. They were seasoned with Ranch Dressing seasoning mix, salt and pepper and then the magic. The skin of each wing was coated with mayonnaise - not a sludge or dip but just, by hand, rubbing the mayo over the entire skin, and then roasting in the oven. The oven temp was set at 450 degrees for approximately 30 minutes and then turned down to 300 degrees for another 30-35 minutes/until golden brown.
