Looks good. Takes a lot of grub to keep you running. I ate corn chips (Scoops) dipped in Pimeto Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers.

Nice lunch. Pasta with alfredo sauce with chicken or shrimp is one of my top three favorite meals. Winner. Check out the thighs I cooked today. They look perfectly golden and fried and the skin is nice and crispy. They were not fried. They were seasoned with Ranch Dressing seasoning mix, salt and pepper and then the magic. The skin of each wing was coated with mayonnaise - not a sludge or dip but just, by hand, rubbing the mayo over the entire skin, and then roasting in the oven. The oven temp was set at 450 degrees for approximately 30 minutes and then turned down to 300 degrees for another 30-35 minutes/until golden brown. They turned out perfectly cooked and moist on the inside. Recipe credit: Molly Yew, Girl on a Farm, HGTV.

I would eat all those skins first, cuz if they spend the night in the fridge, you can say goodbye to crispy.

I haven't, either, but when I saw Yew's cooking show yesterday, I knew I had to try it so I pulled some thighs from the freezer. I really believe you'll be impressed. I only cooked the chicken, no meal, and just wanted to share. I had a piece with sliced tomatoes earlier. The win belongs to you. I may make some pasta and alfredo sauce tomorrow. It looks really good.
