Okay - first I would like to state for the record that brunch went very well!!!
Ummm...the roast was left in the oven a bit too long so while it had good flavor, it was a bit dry.
I have a pound of hamburger that I have to decide what to do with it today. I will also make some kind of brunch around mid-day.
There was a dash this morning to drag the trash out (I didn't have to do it) and then some grouching about the forken mail (okay, that was me) and the garage doors are frozen shut but one side was pried open and the mail person chased down for a piece of mail (and that was successful so the yelling stopped). If my mood improves, I will wander to the kitchen eventually.
If you ask me - the trash people and the mail people should not have to be out in these temperatures - but no one called to ask me what I thought of the matter.
